1. Each unit has an age limit of 12 years. Please ensure no-one over this age uses the equipment. No adults are to use the bouncy castles unless the unit specifies it is for adult use.
2. No food, drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the bouncy castle. This will avoid hazards such as choking and keep the castle clean. (Please note if the Inflatable is collected in a dirty condition then the person hiring it will incur a cleaning charge). Such charge to be agreed between the parties.
3. All users must remove their footwear (except socks), glasses, jewellery and badges before using the bouncy castle.
4. No party poppers, streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the bouncy castle (these can stain the castle, any damage found as a result of this will be charged to the hirer). We do not object to children with face paint using the castle, however if you are aware that some of the paint has been deposited on the castle you are expected to clean it off immediately, failure to do so will result in you incurring a cleaning surcharge.
5. No smoking or barbeques near the bouncy castle.
6. Climbing, hanging or sitting on walls of the bouncy castle is extremely DANGEROUS and must not be allowed. Children are not permitted to do somersaults from the castle or on the castle.
7. A responsible adult must supervise the bouncy castle and the user's at all times, irrespective of the age of the occupants.
8. Always ensure the bouncy castle is not overcrowded, and limit the numbers according to the age and size of children using it. Try to avoid large and small children from using the castle at the same time.
9. Children are not allowed to push, collide, fight or behave in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others (whilst using the bouncy castle).
10. No pets, toys or sharp instruments to be allowed on or near the bouncy castle.
11. Please ensure the blower is turned off at the mains, if the bouncy castle is not being used for any part of the day.
12. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step, as a child could easily bounce off the inflatable and get hurt. The step is there to assist users in getting on or off only.
13. Ensure that no-one with a history of health problems is allowed on the bouncy castle. Any child who is feeling unwell, is advised not to use the bouncy castle.
14. Do not allow anyone to be on the bouncy castle during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS.
15. Keep users away from the blower and electric cables at all times.
16. All children must be clothed appropriately when using the castle and no dangerous or valuable objects must be left in their pockets.
17. Ensure that an area of 6 feet (2 metres) around the unit is completely clear.
18. The bouncy castle must not be used if it becomes wet on the jumping area. If no shower cover is fitted and in the event of rain, we advise that the unit should not be used.
19. In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the bouncy castle be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel.
20. If during the hire the weather conditions deteriorate then it is the hirer's responsibility to turn the inflatable off.
21. In the event that the blower stops working, please ensure all users get off the inflatable immediately, check the fuses and make sure the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or something has not blown onto and is obstructing the blower. In the event that it overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, then switch it back on again 1 or 2 minutes later, and it should restart. If it does not, inform us straight away.
